Dr. Alina Rozenfeld is a sociologist specializing in labor market stratification and inequality. Her Ph.D. research at the University of Haifa examined how organizational management practices shape wage disparities. She has taught human resource management and quantitative research methods and completed postdoctoral training at the Hebrew University and Haifa University’s Center for the Politics of Inequality.
