Areas of research and instruction include (1) clinical and administrative information systems in human resources services – uses and influences, (2) evaluation of processes, results, impacts and sustainability of social programs, (3) minority groups and at risk populations, (4) critical examination of practices and experiences of social workers, (5) social work and social justice.
