Dr. Baka Mawassi is Adva Center’s gender project coordinator. She holds a PhD in social work, and a master’s degree in public policy from Tel Aviv University. In the past, Dr. Mawassi served as the head of domestic violence unit and the manager of the gender equality division in Baqa al-Gharbiyye.
