Tehila Sharabi is an Adva Center researcher. Tehila holds a BA in sociology and gender (legal track) from Tel Aviv University. In Adva Center, she engages in qualitative and quantitative research in the field of gender and in analysis of trends of structural/ethnic inequality. Tehila is also a senior coordinator in the high education field in the CBS where she develops and publishes data pertaining to inequality and diversity in the academy and job market in Israel.
